辽宁圣加伦控制系统有限公司，成立于2009年，是一家中外合资企业，由中方沈阳开普乐汽车零部件有限公司出资40%，外方瑞士ECS公司（德国库斯特全资子公司）出资60%共同组建。
公司坐落于辽宁省铁岭经济区懿路工业园区，占地面积88000平方米，建筑面积达48000平方米。现有员工逾260人。
公司主要生产各类电子换挡器，各类控制拉索，各类机电执行器，玻璃升降器，踏板，各类注塑件及冲压件。产品广泛应用于一汽大众、上汽大众、红旗、长城、江淮等国内顶尖主机厂，并赢得市场高度认可，部分产品出口至国际市场。
ECS Liaoning Control System Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 as a Chinese-foreign joint venture. It is jointly funded by Shenyang Kaipule Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (Chinese side) holding 40% of the shares, and ECS Switzerland (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Germany’s Küster Group) holding 60% of the shares.
The company is located in Yilu Industrial Park, Tieling Economic Zone, Liaoning Province, covering an area of 88,000 square meters with a building area of 48,000 square meters. It currently has more than 260 employees.
The company mainly produces various electronic shifters, control cables, electromechanical actuators, window regulators, pedals, injection-molded parts and stamping parts. Our products are widely supplied to top domestic automakers including FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC Volkswagen, Hongqi, Great Wall Motors, JAC Motors, etc., and have gained high recognition in the market. Some products are also exported to the international market.
